Tyranids vs Dark Angels 2000pts The Ritual ~ Bongovan Dabalot
The Lion himself was personally tasked with taking control of the cathedral and surrounding area from a Tyranid tendiril. On arrival Johnson and his angels were met with the a deathleaper making a home out of the cathedral in the center with more bugs pushing up the flanks and a whole hord looming in the background. So the Angels did what they do best and they started stompin and shooting with there mass of terminators. The center was a brawl with the lion and a small squad facing down the deathleaper accompanied by a physcophage and screamer killer. The lion fought valiantly killing both the deathleaper and screamer killer, but in the end was turned into bio mass and degraded to nothing but a nice meal for the physcophage nom nom. Just outside the cathedral the Lions forces stood strong. One unit of terminators was stuck in the left flank fighting numerous hordes of termigants with a tervigon leading the pack refusing to go down and holding the flank single handily. While another unit of terminators deapstriked into the rear and starting taking back control of the battlefield and closing the nids in on all sides.Due to running out of time we decided to call the game at the bottom of the 3rd with the final score being 22-20 for a Dark Angels Victory.
Dark Angels vs Carcharodons 4k game ~ Ernie
After a brutal and long turn 1 and with time running out the game ended at 10-8 with the Dark Angels pulling ahead last minute in the bottom of the turn. Although turn two would've told a different story as the Carcharodons were in perfect position to wreak havoc on the remaining forces of the Dark Angels Ravenwing and 3rd Company. Both sides had large amounts of Terminators waiting to be teleported down to the surface. So turn 2 would have been one hell of a fight to see who would pull forward with points.
Tyranids vs Guard 1000pts ~ Bongovan Dabalot
Was a great game that was very back and forth. Thanks to @Potato217 for coming out and playing a solid fun game. Tyranids pushed out fast in the first two turns and the Guard took heavy infantry losses. But the Guards tanks soon got into good position and there guns started hitting hard. In the end the Screamer Killer was not able to take out the tank commander and was felled bye lascannon and Melta, the Tyranids tried a desperate assault on the Guards home base but the Guard had just enough body’s to maintain superiority and win the Game.
